Fees for Assessments (which include clinical reports) are:

I offer a sliding scale fee depending on your income and/or situation, which can be discussed in the intake interview.
 Payment
All payments are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash and checks.

Insurance
I do take some insurance, which we can discuss at the intake interview. However, please note that insurance companies do not typically provide coverage for couples or family therapy, or if they do they only cover a percentage of the total cost (which means it will still cost you some money out of pocket).
Cancellations
24-hours notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to show up for an appointment or appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged at the full session rates stated above.
